Refund Policy
 
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We offer free shipping for the returns. Please send us an email before returning the product for further instructions: info@workwearbytauko.com
The bespoke products are non-refundable.
 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
 
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@workwearbytauko.com and send your item to: Workwear by Tauko, Satamakatu 4, 00160 Helsinki, Finland.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Workwear by Tauko, Satamakatu 4, 00160 Helsinki, Finland. We offer free shipping for the returns. Please send us an email before returning the product for further instructions: info@workwearbytauko.com
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
 
Shipping infos
 
Shipping & Delivery

Workwear by TAUKO platform is designed solely for B2B. You can purchase Workwear by Tauko products with the shopping bag feature online as a registered business client. You need to have valid tax number when purchasing the products.

You will receive an Order Confirmation by email after placing your order, and a Shipping Confirmation once your order has been sent. Workwear by Tauko does not guarantee that all items included in the webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you by e-mail. Your order will be processed and shipped within two working days. Please note that during sale season the delivery guidelines might not apply.

Prices are in euros and the VAT is not included in the prices. Shipping costs (EUR 8 in Finland, EUR 15 in Europe, EUR 20 rest of the world) will be added to orders under EUR 200; shipping is free on orders of EUR 200 and over. Prices are subject to changes.

Orders are sent mainly via Postnord /Dpd.
